Top 10 Tuesday – Favorite Books of 2017

Hey hey, it’s Top Ten Tuesday! Top Ten Tuesday is run by The Broke and the Bookish, and I’ve loved making it a (semi) regular post on this blog! This week, I’m talking about my favorite books of 2017, because good lord, the year is almost over. How did that happen?? I couldn’t narrow my list down to ten books (shocker, I know), but I think I did okay. So without further ado, here are my top 17 books that I read in 2017. (They weren’t all released in 2017, but most were.)

Top 17 Books of 2017 (in the order I read them in)

  • You Can’t Touch My Hair by Phoebe Robinson [review]
  • Dreadnought by April Daniels [review]
  • Labyrinth Lost by Zoraida Córdova [review]
  • The Last of August by Brittany Cavallaro [review]
  • The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas [review]
  • Done Dirt Cheap by Sarah Nicole Lemon [review]
  • How to Make a Wish by Ashley Herring Blake [review]
  • No Good Deed by Goldy Moldavsky [review]
  • Beasts Made of Night by Tochi Onyebuchi [review]
  • Starfish by Akemi Dawn Bowman [review]
  • This Mortal Coil by Emily Suvada [review]
  • A Messy, Beautiful Life by Sara Jade Alan [review]

Those were some solid books, y’all, and I’m so excited to start reading 2018 books… which is going to be happening this week already. Where has the time gone??

What do you think of my choices? Did you read any of these books?

Happy reading!

-A.
